The Smith School's new Center for Financial Policy launched on Nov. 2 with a Roundtable on Executive Compensation event in Washington, D.C. Kenneth Feinberg, Special Master for Compensation of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, was the keynote speaker, which explored executive compensation practices and policy reforms.

Smith School Honors Logistics Leader for Industry and Humanitarian Contributions at Industry Day
The Smith School named John T. “Jock” Menzies -- chairman of the Terminal Corporation, a warehouse, trucking and distribution company -- as the 2009 “Person of the Year” at a ceremony that was part of Industry Day, which also includes networking events and a career fair for logistics and supply chain management students.
