Netlab
Bring
your supply chain in for a check-up.
Through interviews of key personnel
and an examination of your current
supply chain, experienced researchers
develop a process map of your current
supply chain practice. A team of SCMC
researchers assesses your supply chain
even while it's running.
Then, get your team
on board with a comprehensive
presentation.
Based on this "as-is" process map,
supply chain management staff develops a
"to-be" process map, based on research
and experience. Upon completion of
"to-be" process map, corporate managers
(up to 20) come to the Netcentricity
Supply Chain Laboratory to hear a
presentation and discuss possible
implementation strategies during a
one-day seminar.
Now on the job
training away from the job.
Organizations can bring in up to 20
managers for a daylong or multi-day
program of activities selected from
applications available in the lab as
well as from faculty resources.
Activities include:
- Live simulation exercises of
managing a supply chain.
- Demonstration exercises in
specific components of ERP and
supply chain planning applications
using on-site Oracle and Manugistics
systems.
- Faculty-led discussions on best
practices in supply chain
management.
