On Thursday, Dec. 10, 2015, Cohort 4 presented their final projects and graduated from the UMD-Smith Leadership Academy, a cutting-edge leadership development program for select staff from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.
Cohort 4 began the program on Sep. 9 with an orientation, then had seven class sessions throughout September, October and November, including project management, strategic thinking, customer service excellence, leadership, financial acumen, negotiations, and impactful communications. The program culminated with three successful action learning project presentations to the Smith community. Congratulations, Cohort 4:
