Prof. Jank was elected program chair for the Section on Statistics and Marketing of the American Statistical Association (ASA) for the Joint Statistical Meetings 2010 in Vancouver.

 

On June 18, 2008, the Office of Science & Technology (OST) at the Embassy of Austria, and ASciNA (Austrian Scientists and Scholars in North America) are hosting a round table discussion on “eCommerce, Prediction Markets and Data Mining: How Technology impacts Business Decision Making” with Prof. Jank.
