I am an Associate Professor of Finance at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at University of Maryland. I joined here in 1999. Prior to this, I was an assistant professor of finance at Yale School of Management. 

My academic interests
Research: Empirical Corporate Finance, Financial Econometrics.
Teaching: MBA core, Corporate finance case electives.
